We provide a full range of casting capabilities, from prototypes or low volume casting to permanent mold, low pressure and high pressure castings. Engineered materials working from our extensive catalog of alloys to materials engineered to meet the customers very specific need without compromise. We offer full engineering, metallurgical and sales support as well as unique technologies such as our Nautilus Core system. We offer rapid response to customer needs as well as regional customer support from our sales and engineering team members. Thresher Industries has acknowledged the need for manufacturing sites near our diverse markets and will support that need with unique manufacturing solutions. |

Thresher Industries started as a perm-mold casting company and has expanded its manufacturing capabilities to include perm-mold, low pressure, high pressure and Nautilus Core manufacturing here in Hanford, California. We also have full engineering services and a group of fully audited outside service providers for x-ray, machining, painting etc. In house we provide perm-mold tilt type casting machines, low pressure vacuum casting capability, high pressure, high volume casting (Q1 2009) and our Nautilus Core manufacturing equipment. Our production department also provides finished castings. We operate under an ISO compliant quality system.

Full engineering support, designs and prototype development, Thresher Industries has expanded our engineering and materials development capabilities. Customers such as MGM Brakes purchase conventional aluminum castings, Alto Products is currently being provided product manufactured with our ThermaLite metal matrix composite material. We are currently working with our Detroit based sales team to provide product to the automotive industry, engineered materials like ours offer light weight high strength and wear resistant materials to meet the demands of the auto industry in the 21st century. We are also or are working on various applications for metal matrix alloys in electronics and lighting industry needing highly thermal conductive materials.
